History & Tradition


Since 1972 the name Ebert is connected

to gastronomy in Berlin. For 24 years now, since 1986,

it is also the name of our family-run restaurant.

It was opened by Nanni and Uli Ebert in collaboration

with their son Christian, who is the current chef and manager

of the restaurant. 


Bound by family tradition, values like hospitality,

warmth and friendliness rank first in our restaurant.

And, therefore,  we warmly welcome you at the EBERT!


Idea & Philosophy

 

A restaurant to make you feel good,

a bar to relax, and always new and exciting

prospects that don’t let you to get bored.

That‘s the EBERT restaurant & bar

summed up in just one sentence. 

 

We provide authentic cuisine with a twist.

Our menu changes with the seasons and offers you specialties

of classic cuisine, popular fish dishes,

and freshly barbecued steaks. Come and have everything prepared for you a hundred percent fresh and with love and care. 

 

The „Menu of the Day“

offers our guests seasonal specialties and

current offerings of the market. 

 

You can conclude your day in a relaxing environment

at our bar with draft beer, a cocktail or a glass of wine. 

 

To fight the yearly monotony,

we hold special events on which we serve  themed-menues,

such as our Sylt Scampi Night, Roman Candle Night, or the wild boar feast. Sometimes the events are accompanied by a live band, and sometimes there are other illustrious guests for your entertainment.
